Catalan stained glass

We alert Vidimus readers to the availability of three new publications on Catalan stained glass:

Sílvia Cañellas Martinez, El Vitrall de la Fira del Vidre del Born, concerning

a stained glass window of 1943 following a design that had been intended for a tapestry still in existence in the Barcelona City Hall. The book, written in Catalan, has a summary in Spanish and English.

Sílvia Cañellas and Jordi Bonet, Entrem al taller. Els pintors de vidrieres i llanterners de Barcelona (segle XVIII), concerning stained glass workshops of Barcelona in the 18th century, based on the study of various inventories. Only in Catalan.
