This month’s Vidimus brings important news about the auction in Paris of panels thought to have come from the Dominican church in Strasbourg. There is also a special offer for Vidimus readers on a forthcoming publication on Lincoln Cathedral, news of the death of the glass-painter Keith New (who is known for his work at Coventry Cathedral), a fascinating feature by Geoffrey Lane on stained-glass sundials, and coverage of the papers given at the Forum for the Conservation of Stained Glass in June 2009, now published.
We’ll be back in May, when we will have a detailed article on the glass at North Tuddenham in Norfolk.
