Welcome to the first issue of 2015! This month our Feature is another in the series of poster presentations from the 27th International Colloquium of the Corpus Vitrearum in York in July 2014 and is on ‘Stylistic Change in Southern Germany from Late Gothic to the Renaissance – Augsburg Stained Glass in the Circle of Hans Holbein the Elder and Jörg Breu the Elder’.  We bring you News on the completion of the conservation at Lichfield Cathedral, events organized by the Stained Glass Museum, the University of York, and the BSMGP. We are saddened to report the death of stained-glass historian and lecturer Robin Lunn.  On our Books page you’ll find a review of Heralds and Heraldry in Shakespeare’s England, edited by Nigel Ramsay.
