Fernando Cortes Pizano, President of ARCOVE, writes ‘we have recently launched the so called ‘Carta de Najera sobre Vidrieras emplomadas’ (Charter of Najera on leaded stained-glass windows). This is a very important document for the stained-glass community in Spain and, by extension, for all Spanish-speaking countries. At this point the Charter is only in Spanish, but we intend to have it translated into English soon.
